BEGINNING THE LESSON 15’

The teacher says hello to the children touches her nose and asks the class: What is this? If they answer in
L1 she teaches them the word nose. She does the same for other parts of her face. She invites the class to
tell her what the unit is going to be about. She holds up her CB, page 24-25, and asks: Who is in the
picture? Where are they? (in the playroom) What is Polly doing? Who has Polly painted a picture of?
(herself). She invites the class to find the playroom on the Happy House picture.
