 Prepared the documents for discrepancies of
Emergency Shelter Assistance Typhoon “Ompong”
District3 Cagayan Peñeblanca, Tuao and Enrile
Cagayan. (Letters for correction, ESA form arranged
according to discrepancies).
 Turn over documents of District 3 Cagayan to
another Social Welfare Officer I. (letters, consulted
municipalities encoded, summary of report, list of
unpaid, OBR of cheque replacement, memo, list of
discrepancies and other concerns to be follow up
to the mswdo’s of each municipality of District 3,
Cagayan for Emergency Shelter Assistance and
Cash for Work Typhoon Ompong Partially Damaged
Houses).
 First day as newly hired Project Development
Officer I under the Protective Services Division
(Social Pension). Given the tasked to assist the
encoders to arranged and attached the payroll and
I.D.’s of Angadanan Isabela, Social Pensioners

 The DSWD field office II staff reported to MSWDO
and provided technical assistance such as in
replacement and updating of Master list. They also,
filed documents per barangay and checked
attachments versus payroll and repay roll.
 Conducted Social Pension Pay-out, as verifier and
pay master in the following Barangay of Calayan
Cagayan:
After the payout the field office II staff conducted door
to door cash pay-out for the beneficiaries who is sick
and not able to walk and cannot attend the pay-out
and arranged the documents after payout and checked
the list of paid and unpaid to make sure that the
documents are complete and to see to it that the left
money paid matches the list of unpaid beneficiaries by
the following Barangay:
