If I was asked to identify whether the systems and processes that are carried out by the
employees are as efficient, I would suggest to have a general meeting for all the employees who works
in the company. To know their own thoughts and suggestions, and whether the current processes helps
them even more by doing task more efficiently. At the same time, I myself will monitor them daily to
know if they’re having any problems and know the operations.
