A staff meeting was held among subject teachers from cl-1
to cl-v headed by Principal regarding academic
development of students on dt21.6.16.The decision has
taken mentioned below.

 The diaries of the students should be filled up by the

parents and it has to be verified by the class teachers
with in dt 26.6.16(Monday).
 The problematic child of class-ll Bikram Naik and
Supratik Sahoo should be given special attention by all
the subject teachers and their parents has to be
regularly contacted by the class teacher.
*The portion for 1st unit test in all subjects should be
mentioned by subject teachers and about the progress of
syllabus has to informed to examination department.
*Lesson diaries should be properly maintained by the
teachers.
*Examination requirement for the session 2016-17 has to
given to the Concerned Department.
*Mathematics should be done by activity method in all class l
to class-V.
*Mental math for class-I to class-V should be completed
according to the syllabus.
