Good day Maam/Sir, we, the Directorates of ICON Society are humbly asking for
your permission to let us excuse in the class during the time of ongoing Seminar. The
monitoring and assisting during the Seminar were the task given to us by our beloved
program head Mrs. Mariz G. Chua. We’re hoping for your considerations and approval
