 GOAL SETTING

The goals that I want to achieve to enhance my


physical fitness and appearance is to:

 Drink milk everyday.


 Avoid eating junkfoods.
 Take a multi-vitamins everyday.
 Do 50 curl-ups twice a week.
 Make 30 push-ups twice a week.
 Jogging 5 rounds in the court.
 Do 10 squatras thrice a week
 Carry weights for 30 mins.
 Do a squat for 15 mins.
 Achieve 42 kilos of weight.
