Waiver of Liability Form for

ZABMUN 2014

I, the undersigned, from (Name of Institution)

attending the ZABMUN 2014 hereby agree to waive my claims against and to indemnify and hold
harmless the ZABMUN Conference Secretariat, their staff and agents from and against any claims of
liability, loss, theft, damage or cost which may arise out of or relate to traveling to, participating in,
and/or returning from the ZABMUN 2014 Conference, but excluding any liability for injury or damage
resulted solely and directly from the willful or grossly negligent acts of ZABMUN 2014 Conference
Secretariat.

I understand that the ZABMUN 2014 Conference Secretariat shall not be held liable for any losses or
damage arising from war, riot, pandemics, changes in government statutes, terrorism and acts of God.

I understand that I am to be held responsible for any willful or negligent damage to property or premises
of the Pearl Continental Hotel and at social events that I attend during the timeframe of the
conference and that I am also to be held responsible for the replacement and/or compensation of and
for any damage I may be held responsible to have caused.

I further agree that if I wish to stay back after the Conference has ended, ZABMUN and SZABIST are not
responsible for any and all actions. Any activity that I conduct thereafter, the consequences will be
borne by me. All travel expenses/arrangements are also not the responsibility of ZABMUN or SZABIST.
