Head circles, arm-trunk twist, hip twist, knee circle, leg stretches,hip circles, jumping jacks, leg crosses

Chalistenic

15 counts in every Toe, knees, leg, tight, high kicks – 2 repetitions

Basic drill

Sparing stance, switching

Front snap kick

Full kick practice

Half/full round house kick

High/Low block with turns

Combined drill low/high block with roundhouse kick

Walling snap kicks – side to side.. 10 times- 5 repetition/ conditioning 12 seconds
