● MARKET ENTRY STRATEGY

For market penetration, we decided to carry out various strategies in order to gradually test
which one proved to be more beneficial for the company. Next we will show them:

1. PRICING STRATEGY: In principle, it is intended to enter with a competitive


market price that is capable of giving the customer a truly competitive advantage
when they buy it.
2. MARKETPLACE STRATEGY: Because it is a fruit, it is very difficult for us as a
company to sell directly to final consumers. Therefore, we must consider the number
of intermediaries to sell them. And it was considered important, to use traditional
marketplaces as distribution channels to get our product to the final consumer.
3. PROMOTION STRATEGY: By this we mean stimulating demand through the use
of promotions in order to increase sales.
4. BRAND: It is intended of course not simply to focus our company on the sale of a
single product, but to expand the variety and portfolio of products to more market. For
this, it is necessary that the company has a positive brand perception. We as a
company in the process of market penetration, want to strengthen the name of our
brand in order to make it more competitive and that customers really trust it.
