‘To Whom It May Concern
am waiting this letter to give my highest recommendation of Ms. Hailey Enjeneski, | initially became
familiar with Ms. Enjeneski in a professional capacity as her Nursing Supervisor when she began working at
BayCare's Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program (SIP) in October 2018. SIPP is a highly specialized
residential treatment fecility working with high risk children and adolescents ages 10-18 years of age. Prior to
‘working at SIPP, Ms. Enjeneski had been working with children and adolescents with behavioral and mental
health issues which made her a prime contender for a position with BayCare's SIPP program.
Ms. Enjeneski performed as a true professional as soon as she started working at our facility. She exudes
contagious enthusiasm and has deep insight into advanced treatment modalities and direct care activities with
our psychiatric and behavioral population. Ms. Enjeneski often offered recommendations regarding safety of
the patients she cared for as well as her team members. All patients and youth assigned to her are treated with
‘compassion and empathy and cared for in a professional manner, Ms. Enjeneski is well liked by all of the staff
and youth here at SIPP and is highly respected by all members of the SIPP team.
‘As a dedicated professional, Ms. Enjeneski has the ability to work with the youth's behavioral plans and
‘execute them to absolute perfection. As an individual, she is helpful, positive and always has a smile for
everyone.
In summary, Ms. Enjeneski is clearly one of the most dedicated and professional individuals I have had the
pleasure to work with throughout the last year. | em of the opinion that she will be an outstanding asset to any
healthcare facility.
Please feel free to call me directly at (727) 815-8834 for any further information that you may need regarding
Ms. Enjeneski’ s suitability for a position with your organization,
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Galysh, CNII
