How to alter a Company

It is helps to alter the already created companies.

Gateway of Tally  Alt+F3  Alter  select which company want to alter  Give Enter

Shutdown a Company

It helps to close the company from the Gateway of Tally Screen

If only one company is open it will be closed directly you need not to select any company here

Current date (F2): it will show which date the transaction is entering.

Current Period (Alt+F2): it will show which financial year using in tally.

Name of the Company: What are the Companies using in tally,

if it is bold it means this is a currently working company.

Date of Last Entry: It will show Last Transaction of the company.

Masters: It helps to create a masters for Accounting, Inventories and Payrolls

Transaction: It helps to Pass the Transaction by using accounts, inventories and payroll vouchers.

Utilities: It helps for banking and import the data.

Reports: It helps to provide the reports whatever we need.
