Please accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation as Post Graduate Engineer
Trainee (PGET), Manufacturing Dept with Neilsoft and would request you to consider
relieving me on 05/11/2019.

After a period of consideration, I have decided to focus on my interest in CFD and Thermal
Engineering by pursuing a doctorate degree in the same field. I have been very fortunate
to be given many opportunities to learn useful skills during my time at Neilsoft. Your
guidance and support have prepared me well for the future, and one for which I am grateful.

I am aware of my responsibility to provide support to the Hydraulic Dept during the

transition period and I shall give my full commitment until the time of my departure. I wish
you and the company the very best going forward.
