Job Description (JDs) - Sales Trainee

We’re looking for graduates who will push themselves to be better – every day; creating better solutions
to help consumers and clients showing their interest in our intelligent solar solution, focusing on
revealing solar solutions can solve their load shedding, high electricity & generators’ cost problems.

Job Duties

• Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales office functions.

• Learns process by completing training program; completing study assignments.

• Observes sales process by traveling with sales manager; attending sales and service calls and
assist in commercial evaluation for the customers.

• Practice process by calling on existing and then new accounts; adhering to established sales
steps.

• Initial /preliminary physical site survey of client premises/roof space and tentatively propose the
client for solar capacity along with the billing information for optimal savings in electricity bills
and other savings.

• Preparation of budgetary quote to client along with submission to client.

• Follow up with client for any sales queries and amicably resolution of their problems
statements.

• Follow up with operations team for further deployment time line in case of SOPs are followed in
sale related to finance.

• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. You will
be responsible to sell one system in the first month, two systems in the second month and three
systems in the third month.
