Why breakfast is most important meal? Because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your
supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughtout the
day.

Many research about important of breakfast have many benefit to including better memory and
concentration, reduce stomachache, and to make our body energy power up.

The best meal for breakfast is a juice. For example juice is like combination of apple, cucumber, and
spinach. This is give our body many nutrition and vitamins.

Why the best meal for breakfast is a juice? Because when we wake up in the morning our metabolism
start to work and if we eat the heavy meal in the morning our metabolism difficult to digestible.
