personally for the past seven years. During this time Kyme has grown to be a committed, responsible
and compassionate young woman.

Kyme is committed to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of her studies. I believe this
is an excellent quality to have as she proceeds into the workforce. She constantly wants to learn as
much as she can about any subject or project that is presented to her. She is not afraid of a challenge
and will continue to look for solutions until she finds one.

Kyme is demonstrating responsibility as a team player showing commitment to her team and
assisting her team members to complete projects and new tasks at school and placement. Working
as part of a team she has learned communication and leadership skills.

Kyme has demonstrated her compassion for the environment as I have seen personally, she is very
committed to ensuring we are able to live in a world in which we can maintain our natural
environment. Kyme has had the opportunity to promote farm fresh products at many events and this
just demonstrates her commitment to her studies.
