I have already consulted the IIT Kharagpur authority for reimbursement of travel expenses for the
Summer internship. But, if they do-not sponsor the travel part, then I can bear my own expense for
the travelling part.

Sir, it would be highly grateful if the accommodation and food expenses are covered by Austrian
university during the internship so that it would be convenient for me to cover my own travel
expenses.
