2. Using Visual Administrator, unlock the user in Security Provider at the path Server X ->
Services -> Security Provider -> select tab “User Management” -> search for ADSUSER ->
unlock user:

3. Using NWA, seach for ADSUSER at Configuration tab -> Identity Management -> search for
ADSUSER -> hit Unlock button:

4. Even after unlock the user in all areas you still have the same problem, make sure that the
password is correct at the same locations:

SU01;
ADS RFC in SM59;
Visual Administrator;
NWA.
