Cases of \MResing Asean Rilloe personnel are also covered under the scheme for compassionate ‘Ground appoiniment, subject to the folowing conctions:- () A request to grant the benefit of compassionate ground appointment can considered only after a lapse of ateast 02 years from the date from which the ‘Government servant has been missing, provided hat:- (ea) An FIR to this offect has been lodged with the Police: (ab) The missing person is not traceable (after police investigation report) (ec) The competent authority feo!s thatthe case is genuine, (i) _This benefit wit not be applicable tothe case of a Government servant:- (aa) who had less than two years to retire on the date from which he has been missing: or (ab) who is suspected to have committed fraud, or suspected to have Jpined any unlawful organisation or suspected to have gone abroad, Gi) Compassionate ground appointment in the case of a missing Government Servant also would not be a matter of right as In the case of others and i will be subject to fulfiment of al the conditions, including the avallabilly of vacancy, [aie down for such appointment under the scheme.
