KOHINOOR INDUSTRY INTENDED STRATEGY (PLANNED)

 The first planned strategy includes the target market in which they have sell their
products to wholesalers retailers even directly to customers whose orders are very
large.
 They were also sure with their cost about the products and also studied the products
and also studied the competitor’s price which helped them to structure costing past.
 Variable cost and fixed were controlled so as to maize the revenue and also they
studied price of other one`s and settled their price in such a way that customers can
purchase it.

DIVERSIFICATION

 The best planned strategy includes in 2013 they have started with BOPP Tapes (Binomially
oriented polypropylene) which was a huge success.
 Then after in 2016 they started with masking tape which look some time but now it is also
running good in the market.
 Strap is also been tremendously working in the market and helps Kohinoor to compete in the
in the market with their competition.
 So this was the instanced strategies of Kohinoor industry which became successful.
