Model Bank
Introduction
“R12 Model Bank Reference System” is released with demo data to enable the Pre-Sales to
demonstrate T24 Model bank functionality.
It is pre-configured with Role Based Home Pages, Dashboards, Business Processes, Products,
Enquiries, Reports and a host of other features.
This document is intended to aid Pre-Sales to understand the “demo data” available in Retail Model
Bank and choose the appropriate data set for demos. Also, general guidelines to be kept in mind for
login and navigation are also detailed.
General Guidelines
While demonstrating the Retail Homepages, please login with the User Name/password provided for
each Role. The functionalities within the “Role Based Home Pages” will work properly only if you Sign
On with these Users.

Navigation/Screen Resolution
Please avoid using the Command line while demonstrating enquiries, versions etc, instead
use the Menu. Many of the enquiries/Versions etc have drilldowns that work on the
CURRENT.VARIABLE concept. These variables get set only when one drills down from a
parent enquiry.
All screens and composites in R12 Model Bank have been designed for 1280 X 800
resolutions. Kindly ensure to use Projectors that support this resolution as otherwise there will
be lot of scrolling and some of the data may not get displayed within the screen.

Top 10 Retail Customers
The following is the list of Top 10 Retail Customers. These Top Customers are selected based on the
Target value “High Net worth – Individual (3)” in Customer.
Passwords: 123123
Accounts
o Savings Account – each Customer will have one Local Currency account (balance
ranging from 10,000 to 15,000) and one foreign currency account
o Current Account - each Customer will have a Currency Current in local currency and
the balance will be ranging from 1,000 to 3,000
Deposits
o Will have one deposit ranging 30,000 to 45,000
Loans
o Will have loan(s) ranging from 40000 - 80000

Cheque books
o Issued in the Local Savings Account of the Top 10 Customers and a few cheques
have been presented on these accounts.
Alerts
o Alerts subscribed for all Top Customers on the Savings Account – Account Debited
and Account Credited.
Blocking of Funds
o Holding of Funds have been registered in the Savings Accounts of the Customers.
Customer preferences are registered for all the Top Retail Customers
An improved Single Customer view screen has been developed in R11. This Single
Customer view will replace the existing Customer Overview and SCV screen. The improved
SCV provides a 360 degree view of the Customer. Any transactions related to the Customer
can now be initiated using this new SCV. The look and feel of the SCV is enhanced by adding
few new icons to indicate
