Listen to the video Phone Invasion and answer the following questions in the
forum.

How much do you use your smartphone?

I use the cell phone when necessary, the application I use the most is whatsapp
because I sell products, but I visit very few social networks.

Change something about how you use your smartphone after hearing this
information?

I am happy to know that I am not addicted to the smartphone, we must continue

working to correct some errors, such as bringing the smartphone to the bed.
Phase 2
After listening to the video, you will write in the forum 8 recommendations about
how to use smartphones correctly in your office or your home.

1. do not use the smartphone in bed

2. Avoid using your smartphone when you are with your family or Friends

3. If we use the cell phone for the alarm, it must be replaced by an alarm
clock.

4. Children should use smartphones when they are of legal age.

5. At home you can set periods of time or activities that do not include the
use of the smartphone. For example, time to eat.

6. One way to disconnect is to go for a walk without the smartphone.

7. Do not send text messages while driving a vehicle.

8. Identify what applications we use and define if they are useful for your life.
