EVENTS HELD AT DR.M.V.

SHETTY COLLEGE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY FROM JUNE TO AUGUST 2019

On 12th June 2019 Dr.M.V.Shetty group of colleges celebrated Founder’s day to pay tribute to our
Foundr secretary Dr. M.Ramgopal Shetty. The program began with a prayer song.All principals of trust
colleges offered a floral bouquet to him and wished on his birthday.The chief guest of the program was
district health officer.Blood donation camp was conducted and 35 units of blood were given to wenlock
hospital donated by staff and students.

On 14th June a workshop on Recent Advances in Neurophysiotherapy was conducted.Dr.Purushotham

Chipula was the resource person.

A seminar on Clinical Anatomy was organized.Dr.Huban Thomas from MAHE, Manipal is the resource
person.

A workshop on Visceral Manipulation was conducted.Dr.Prem from Manipal hospital, Bangalore is the
resource person.

International yoga day was celebrated on June 21st.Dr.Radhakrishna Shetty was honoured and the
students performed different yoga during the session.

RGUHS Myzore zone intercollegiate Table Tennis tournament was conducted on August 2019.
