Problem

The problem statements was ease determining tagging along with the title, however at some

point it could be misleading as to what is being studied, because of what the word reward

encompasses.

Objectives

The author’s objectives were delivered in numerous alternative hypotheses which gives

direction to the main subject of the study.

Review of Literature

The author cited significant review of literature that enables them to draw the gaps. Guided by

their suggested model TPB together with the previous studies mentioned, the researchers was

able to make a bridge for their study.

Methodology

The methods used to obtain the data for this article were clearly explained, it was narrated as

what did happened. Selection of participants were based on criteria, questionnaires were

validated through monotonous response pattern filter, and employed Cochran’s equation for

reliability.
Findings

Findings were presented in narrative format, well organized, sectioned, and report manner,

backup with tables, and variety of statistical test and explanations making it so complex to

comprehend for ordinary readers.

Conclusions and Recommendations

The conclusions were based on the findings and cogently stated.

Each objective was given conclusion accompanied with such basis.

The recommendations were realistic as it suggests a more appropriate kind of research, an

experimental which is longitudinal.

Overall Critique of the Study

Most of part was well written and well organized. Although a long review of literature was

necessitated to develop the situation, but it get there. The complexities of the statistical

procedures used had made the research complicated to understand but through its tables and

interpretations presented readers may able to connect. This article was a particular one, though

mindedly, some extraneous variables were not given significance, like the previous experiences

or current situations of respondents.
