There’s no doubt that vegetarian diets are good for your health. According to medical

People has a choices in life, you cannot please them on choosing things. It's up to the person
whether she/he want to eat vegetables or not. Remember that we must follow the food
pyramid so that the effects of the food that you eat is effecting good to your body. Not all
vitamins are found in vegetables. Some are in the meat, fishes and etc. Being a vegetarian
doesn't mean you are a healthy person, because gaining too much vitamins can be
dangerous too.

That's why there's a food pyramid for us to follow and to have a healthy balanced life.

you leave meat, seafood, and dairy products out of your meals. Without these nutrients,
you can suffer from, goiters, fatigue, diarrhea, loss of taste, and smell, and even

To solve this case, vegetarianism should be abandoned. People should choose to eat go,
grow, and glow foods and follow the proper food pyramid instead of eating vegetables
alone in achieving a proper balanced diet. Research shows vegetarian and vegan diets tend
to be low in saturated fat and cholesterol. They also tend to contain high amounts of
