Job: Chef Assistant

I would like to apply for the job of being chef assistant at Custom Burger. You specify that you
are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skill as a chef. My
skills and experience make me an ideal candidate for the position.

I have been working in the culinary industry approximately for five years. For the past four
years, i had served as a Sous Chef at Trans Luxury Hotel Restaurant. Before that, I also had an
experience at Mcdonalds served as Kitchen Helper for one year. I am therefore comfortable
preparing meals quickly and efficiently which is a necessary skill to work in a fast food
restaurant like Custom Burger. Moreover, because i had an experience of being kitchen helper
a Mcdonalds, i have strong knowledge of food proper handling and sanitation standards.

When i was on college, i often made some new recipe and it was bought by some restaurant
such, mcdonalds, giggle box, kirz cafe, etc. You stated that applicant should have a toefl score
for more than 400. Recently, i took a toefl test and scored for more than 500. So, I am confident
that my experience and skills will make me a valuable member of the Custom Burger culinary
team.
