Motivasi : tantangan leader dalam organsiasi: gmna oimpinan menggerakkan bawahan nya
agar mau dan bersedia mengerahkan kemampuan terbaik untuk kepentingan organisasi

Esteem needs – dpt respect dan kognisi
Belongingness needs – dgn bawahan gimanaa, atasan gmnaa

Motivator factors – sebagai psikolog pio, kita bisa memberikan recognition bagi
employee yang kerja nya baguss
3. Reinforcement Theory
