As in all things, nothing ever built succeeds perfectly the first try out. We have had some major wins, and some
stumbling blocks as well. This is where learning takes place. To refine our performance, let’s reflect on how to
improve each area of learning and study. As a team, discuss and reflect on each area, then comment on how your
team can adjust the procedure to improve. Place your rating in the space provided to the left of the question.

A. Teaching and Feedback:
