一、Startup the NaClO generator

1 Firstly, make sure the manual valve and electric valve at inlet from NaClO
generator to NaClO storage tank are open.
2 Open NaClO generator inlet manual and vent valve, open inlet valve of
booster pump, inlet valve and outlet valve of self-cleaning filter.
3 Open inlet electric control valve of, startup booster pump, adjust outlet
manual valve;control the flow entering each NaClO generator as 30m3/h.
4 Switch on electrolysis power supply, startup NaClO generator to prepare
NaClO. And feed NaClO to the storage tank.
二、Shutdown operation:
Adjust the rectifier current to “0” slowly anti-clockwise.
Press the “stop’ button of rectifier.
Stop sea water booster pump on operation control cabinet panel.
Switch off the power supply of system control cabinet, operation control
cabinet and lower voltage power distribution cabinet respectively.
三、Chemical dosing:
1. Check inlet and outlet valves of dosing pump to be open, check if the
pipeline of unit to be dosed is smooth.
2. Startup dosing pump and start dosing.
ⅣCleaning electrolysis bath
1. Prepare dilute HCl solution of about 10% concentration in acid-cleaning
tank.
2. Cut off power supply of rectifier, shutdown NaClO generator;
3. Close outlet valve of NaClO generator, open blowdown valve to discharge
completely the electrolysis bath;
4. Close blowdown valve, open acid inlet valve and circulating acid return
valve of electrolysis bath,open inlet valve of acid-cleaning pump and
tank,close inlet valve from electrolysis bath to acid-cleaning pump, open outlet
valve of the pump, startup acid-cleaning pump to take circlating cleaning for
2h; clean up the deposit on electrolysis bath surface;
5. Close inlet valve from the tank to acid-cleaning pump, open inlet valve from
electrolysis bath to acid-cleaning pump to pump back the residual acid
solution into dilute acid tank;
6. Stop acid-cleaning pump, open inlet water valve and blowdown valve of
electrolysis bath to flush the bath, close the blowdown valve 5min later, after
bath flushing, the electrolysis bath acid-cleaning finishes;
