In Brian’s case sample there were several mistakes that were made.

Mistake: One of the biggest issues is the matter of if Brian actually was found as most likely having
special needs or not. The case stated a number of times that, yes, Brian was assessed, but was found to not
have special needs. However, at the very end of the case it did say that he had been assessed, but it stated
that he actually was suspected to be a student with special needs.
