The participants shall be composed of four members. 2 Contest wil beheld on January 12, 4:00 am at the ity paza forthe secondary and {8:00 am at the Pamana Hall for the elementary 3, Each team shall prepare three dishes suchas entrée or main course using coconut and tiapia asthe main ingredient, dessert and beverage using coconut 35 the main Ingredients 4, Participants must bring their own ingredients, cooking tools, equipment and presentation table, 5, Allcontestants are requested to wear chef uniform/ cooking outfit. 6. team who brings in any cooked item will be disqualified. Al preparation and ooking of dishes including garnishes must be entirely made and crafted on-the~ spot 7.
