Ladies/Gentlemen:

The Committee on Peace and Order & Public safety to which was referred Proposed Ordinance No. 02
Series of 2017 authored by Hon. Junrey P. Lagat entitled: “An ordinance enjoining and implementing Barangay
Identification (ID) System in the Barangay Mambatangan.” has considered the said committee hereby submit
its findings, remarks and recommendations.

The said committee recommends the approval of the said ordinance on the premises that after all the
scheduled Purok Public consultations and hearings there were no objections and issues raised and the
same for the passage of the said proposed ordinance. It was then also noted in the public hearings that
the constituents were very supportive on the matter.

Furthermore, this committee is hereby submitting the following attendance and minutes of the said
public consultations conducted in reference thereof.
