SUBJECT : PROPER ACUMATICA TAGGING – Sales Agents’ Commission

This is to inform everyone that effective immediately, all commission payments for sales agents will only
be processed and replenished if they are properly tagged in the Sales Order Module tab on our
Acumatica software (as shown below). Please take note that no commission funds shall be processed if it
will be wrongly tagged on the Loan Module tab. All Store Managers (SM) shall be made accountable for
any unreplenished commission payments accruing to non-compliance from this important advisory.

This is to ensure efficient processing of data, accurate generating of reports and correct tagging of
information for all our sales agents’ commissions on our new system.
