The management consulting sector of Germany has grown
by more than 7% for the fifth consecutive year despite the dip in the economy. The Europe’s biggest economy has seen a difficult in the first half of 2019.
The economy dip in Germany was created due to the
problem of Brexit. It has avoided recession but is still trapped in the slow growth similar to the other countries in the western Europe.
It is well known that with a slow economy, majority of the
industries will suffer. But this is not the case for consulting firms, which are often required by other firms in the time of crisis.
Germany is home to 19,250 consulting companies, with 87%
of those total firms that generate annual sales of less than 1 million Euros. At the top are group of 40-50 players who dominate much of the market. These top companies with a turnover of more than 50 million Euros have seen a higher growth.
