What are the problems/challenges that the blended learning approach can
potentially address?
1. Teacher centered learning of the students. Through blended
learning, Learner is more engaged using a variety of content types.
Teachers are not merely the source of knowledge instead they can
learn from other resources. Teachers talk is minimized, with that
learners are no longer bored because they can share their ideas and
move from one activity to another
2. Different learner, different learning style is addressed by this
approach
3. Feedback - Improved feedback since teachers are facilitator of the
activities.
4. Boredom - It can make learning fun!
2. Based on your understanding about the Blended learning models, what do you think
are factors that will ensure a successful implementation of a blended learning
activity? Identify at least 2 and explain what educators need to do ensure that these
factors are met.

 Ensuring your participants can be successful in using the


technology.

- The students must be computer literate. They must know on


how to use computer and application. The teachers must also
be literate in using the technology.

 Looking at how to teach, not just what to teach.


- The teaching style, method and technique must be
appropriate. The process of a teaching the topic is the most
important. The teacher will not only learn the topic, the
process of teaching them is very important especially to
different student with different learning styles.
