Position: Project HSE Manager

 Educational qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent or


Diploma in Engineering (with regular 3 year college study) from a reputed
university/Technical board.
 Certification: NEBOSH Diploma or IGC
 HSE Trainings / qualifications will be added advantage
 Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years in
managing HSE in Oil & Gas industry.
 Oil & Gas Construction and Commissioning knowledge will be added advantage.
 Salary range: TBA.

Job description
 Monitor the implementation & operation of project HSEMS.
 Review Client HSE requirements to ensure compliance.
 Preparation of project specific HSE deliverables such as HSE plan,
environmental/waste management, emergency bridging document and other HSE
documents as per SoW.
 Perform and participation in RA, TRA/JSA, etc.
 Participate and coordinate HSE workshops like HAZID, SIMOPS, PHSER, etc.
 Support and actively participate in Company's and organization's Project objective
to achieve KPls
 Able to priorities and handle several different tasks at the same time
 Competency in PTW system & effective management of Road Safety.
 Possess training certification to conduct proper accident investigation including
but not limited to safety flashes
 Capability to make CONTRACTOR fully prepared to deal with all type of
emergencies at work including but not limited to emergency exercises
 Ensure that welfare requirement are followed as per Client requirement.
 Conduct HSE audits, inspections and incident investigation.
 Ensuring project HSE requirements are met by all project personnel.
 Attend meetings with Client & Sub-contractor.
 Computer knowledge and proficient in English.
 Work independently
