Dear ____________,

In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of the Brigada Eskwela
Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW), the undersigned, in behalf of
_________ School, is humbly asking your participation in the said program.

The program starts on May 28 and ends in June 02, 2018. We encourage you to be a part of it. You
may come to the school on or in between of the dates mentioned when you are available to volunteer.

Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for this school year during
the program are:

1. cleaning of the school canal

2. cleaning of the school grounds
3. painting of school walls
4. cleaning of classrooms and office
5. pruning/trimming of plants/trees around the school
6. watering of plants
7. sorting papers and garbages
8. fixing of garbage disposal
9. renovating broken school ceilings
10. repair of dilapidated chairs
11. varnishing students’ chairs and tables
12. repair of makeshift building

It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, paint and painting materials,
garden tools, ornamental plants, and plastic chicken wire. You may bring any of the tools and materials
mentioned.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our school envisions
to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
