Policarpio,

I, Christofer John V. Tadios am writing this letter to inform you that I was
not able to comply the requirement for the Quintuple Meet 2018 due to some
complications with my other subjects and requirements. It so happened that,
my schedule had coincided with that event and I was not also informed that I
am obliged to participate the foretold event. However, I have performed in the
SCUAA 2018 and have attended the said event.

Thus, I assure you that I will be accountable to comply the lacking

activities and requirements as soon as possible. Hoping for your kind
