1 LPG Storage and Release System
- Total of 2 metric ton
- Must contain propane of at least 95%, butane and etc 5%
- Approximate conditions: temperature, 25oC; equilibrium vapour pressure, 9.5 bar

a) Bulk Tank – 2 metric tonnes of LPG (each one tank contains 1 metric ton) with lockable cover on top
b) Multi-Valve Unit – LPG fill connection **, vapour off-take valve, maximum fill bleed valve, 1st stage
regulator

c) Pressure Relief Valve (PRV)

d) 1st Stage Regulator

e) 2nd Stage Regulator with Over and under pressure shut-off valve

f) Control valves – one to be placed immediately downstream the tank, the second (3 valves) to be placed
at release point

g) Metal pipework – according to EPC, all pipework must be mounted to ground


- From tank outlet to 1st control valve – fittings (to down)
- From fittings to horizontal fittings
- From horizontal fittings to 2nd control valve
- From 2nd control valve to vertical fittings
- From vertical fittings to release point
h) Release point (orifice) at different height
