I. Company Overview
Procter & Gamble is a multinational consumer goods company founded by William
Procter and James Gamble, both from the United Kingdom. P & G houses 250
brands worldwide in six categories: laundry and cleaning (detergents), paper goods
(toilet paper), food beverage (coffee & snacks), feminine care( sanitary towels), and
healthcare ( toothpaste & medicine). Today, P & G continues to market Pampers
Disposable diaper, tide laundry detergent, and Pantene hair care products. Procter
and Gamble has proven to the world that its innovation, courage, and determination
to succeed make the organization as one of the most bankable and most successful
multinational companies in the world.

John Gokongwei and Universal Robina Corporation
I. Company Overview
Universal Robina Corporation (URC) headed by John Gokongwei
started in 1954. His first product was Panda Corn starch. URC houses
several brand such as Consolidated Foods Corporation for Blend 45,
Robina Farms, Robichem Labs for veterinary products, Jack n Jill for
snacks, Continental Milling Corporation for flour milling & production,
Cebu Pacific, Digitel Mobile Philippines, and C2 drinks.

Jaime Zobel de Ayala is the president and chairman of the
Ayala Corporation. The said company is holding
organization for the following: Ayala Malls, Avida, Alveo,
Ayala Land, Ayala BusinessScapes, Ayala Hotel, Makati
development Corp., Ayala Property management and
many others affiliated organizations. He is also a member
of International organization. He is an alumnus of Harvard
University and has a huge contribution in building the
Philippine economy.
