Writing a Grant Proposal

During the course of the program, I have written one proposal using Donor’s Choose to
gain materials for Writer’s Workshop in the fifth grade classroom. Throughout my first year of
teaching, the first grade team and the reading specialist have worked together to write a proposal
for better reading and writing materials for first grade. This includes decodable books and a
curriculum for writing instruction.
