Final Activity

Last week we listened to an artist talk about a time when she felt unsafe. I would like for you to
work in groups and think about the play “A Raisin in the Sun.” With your group members,
answer the following question:

Do you think there was a time in the play when one of the characters might have felt
unsafe? You can look in the book or your notes to help you come up with an answer.

There’s no right or wrong answer for this question. It’s about your opinion and what you think.
After you and your group members come up with an answer, you are to get up and talk to a
different person from every other group. You are to ask them what they wrote for their answer
and you are to tell them what you wrote for your answer. In the lines below, write everything
that each person from another group told you. You will then go back to their original groups. A
few people from each group will share one thing that someone from another group told them.
