Rodrigo B. Bumactao v. Atty. Restito F. Fano,” to wit: WHEREFORE, Resolution No. XX-2013-443 of the IBP Board of Governors is REVERSED and SET ASIDE. Respondent Atty. Restito F, Fano is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for one (1) month and STERNLY WARNED that any similar infraction will be dealt with more severely. In a Resolution dated 2 July 2014, the Court DENIED with FINALITY the respondent’s motion for reconsideration.
