ROLES OF THE PRODUCTION TEAM

Production Team (Composed of a Faculty/Staff that would act as advisers and competent students
that will lead each teams)

- Executive Producer – (Sr. Maria Fe Lobetos O.P)

- Co Producer – Faculty or Student who will assist the Executive Producer on the processes of
Production, Human Relations

- Director – (Chayle C. Sawey) In charge of the enhancement of acting of the actors and actresses

- Technical Crew- In charge of the Lights and Sounds during the play. Technical Director must
know how to mix music, use virtual DJ, and must be available during practices.

- Art and Wardrobe – In charge of the costumes (before and after the show/s), make up, props
designs, stage designs, and stage set

- Stage Crew / Props men – Stage Set, Set Movers, Props, Stage Traffic, and backdrop movers

- Marketing Crew – In charge of marketing the play, tickets and Sponsorships

- Communication – the secretariat of the production team, in charge of information


dissemination

- Finance – in charge of the materials for the play, food for the team, and other finances that may
arise before and during the play date

- Runners – assistants of all the Production heads. Run errands before and after the play.
