Period : Aug’11 to Till Date.
Project : BI and BO Support.
Role : BI Consultant.

Client Description:
Plastipak Packaging Inc. develops and manufactures packaging products. It provides plastic rigid
containers for salad dressings, mayonnaises, sauces and grated cheese, as well as beverage
containers and bottles.

Support-Responsibilities:
 Data Loading and Monitoring using process chains
 Improved the Load Performance by analyzing the day to day data.
 Involved in support which includes modeling, Data loading, scheduling and monitoring the
data.
 Analyzed and corrected production problems as they occur in the SAP BW system.
 Handled different Ticketes related to data mismatch, performed Data Reconcillation
 Worked on providing permanent solutions for frequently occurring problems in Master data
loads and Transaction loads.
 Involved in solving the errors occurred in process chains by running the program.

Nucor Steel Corporation is made up of approximately 20,000 team mates whose goal is to “Take care
of our customers”. It is one of the largest and most experienced manufacturers of custom engineered
steel building systems in the world. Nucor and affiliates are manufacturers of steel products, with
operating facilities primarily in the U.S., and Canada. They have implemented SAP in their business
for the functional areas like SD, Production Management and Finance and Controlling.

Implememtation Responsibilities:
 Extensively involved in data modeling, Installing Business content, creating Info Objects, Info
Cubes and DSO Objects.
 Creation of Transformation and DTP in the BI 7.0 environment.
 Perform all data extraction activities like initialization, loading using process chains to ensure
healthy data load.
 Activated Standard datasources from different application components like FI-GL, FI-AP and
FI-AR.
 Enhanced DataSources by creating append structures to meet the business requirements.

healthy data load.
