EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Business concept: what we want is to make the company known so that people enjoy a new
method of using the internet, it is a company that will have “Knight of lion - Gaming House”
Lan center for those people who do not know the term are some cabins that have a computer
inside, a table which will be equipped so that people have no problem using them, their main
function of these booths is to run most games in FULL HD (Dota 2, Fornite, League of
Legends, World of WarCraft, Pubg, among others.

Competitive Advantages and Value Proposal: This product is completely new in its
implementation style, for this reason there is no competing company, it consists of
guaranteeing access to communication and information more easily, quickly and providing
the best gaming experience.

Summary of Required Investments: The investments required over a period of 1 month


total 80 thousand soles, in dollars 26 thousand dollars with a reference exchange rate of 3.31
soles per dollar.

Sales and Profitability Projections: So that the company can have a profitability, we must
work hard and get people who can help us find other methods to innovate and thus make the
company flourish.

Financial Conclusions and Feasibility Assessment: The financial conclusions are that in
order to form our company a very high value of money is needed which we would have to
achieve by some method; The evaluation of the feasibility is that the project is tempting, and
what it is about is how to implement another method of using the Internet, leaving the routine
of going to an internet cafe or another place in this case in PC games.
