The partnership between the Civil Service Commission and the Regional Council of
Human Resource Management Practitioners go beyond the call of duty. The disaster
that happened in Mindanao calls for our support to ease the burden of our fellow
Filipinos.

In this connection, we would like to invite Mr. Rudy D. Barreto, Jr. for a meeting at 1:00
PM on November 11, 2019 at the L&D Hall, CSC RO VI, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

The agenda that will be discussed in the meeting is “Tabang Mindanao Action Plan”.
This will provide us the opportunity to discuss the kind of help we can extend to the
people in Mindanao affected by the earthquake. Thus, may we request that you allow
Mr. Barreto to attend the meeting.
