Internships
Improvement of Cooling Airflow in UNIFIS 2000 Console | Zeus Numerix Private Limited, Pune
16th May 2019 - 15th July 2019
• The purpose of this project is to carry out static, three-dimensional numerical simulations of the flow field inside an
electronic cabinet using OpenFOAM.
• Performed empirical heat transfer calculations and designed proper exhaust system for appropriate cooling of the various
components present inside.
Projects
Determination of thermal conductivity of ceramics block | IIT Roorkee Aug 2019 - present
• Synthesised a porous composite block made of ceramic materials using microwave sintering process.
• Carried out experimental analysis to find out thermal and structural behaviour of the sample.
• Performed numerical finite volume model based calculations on OpenFOAM to simulate the thermal characteristics.
Design and development of All Terrain Vehicle | Team Knox, IIT Roorkee Sept 2017 - present
• Design and manufacturing of All Terrain Vehicle to represent IIT Roorkee in Baja SAE India competition.
• Responsible for wheel assembly department.
• Design and analysis of wheel hub and steering knuckle. Selection of tire, rim, bearing.
• Ranked 41 out of total 400 teams participated.
Diffusive burning characteristics of TBPB fuel | IIT Roorkee Apr 2018 - present
• An extraordinary device-less self sustained oscillatory diffusive burning is observed in tert-butyl peroxy benzoate fuel.
• The variation in fuel mass burning rates, visible flame lengths and radiation heat fluxes with time are measured as
respective representatives of oscillations. A theory is offered to characterize similar effect showing fuels.
Enhancement of efficiency and range of a ceiling fan | IIT Roorkee 1st Aug 2017 - 25th Oct 2017
• The effect of number of blades, pitch angle, blade width and blade length on ceiling fan performance is discussed.
• The performance is gauged through response parameters namely volumetric flow rate, torque and energy efficiency.
Market Research Analysis of Consumer's behaviour regarding Soft Drinks | IIT Roorkee
20th July 2018 - 27th Nov 2018
• Designed a suitable questionnaire to collect information about the concept of the product that is Soft drinks.
• Analyzed the data and performed graphical presentation using various Marketing Research tools.

Positions of Responsibility & Extra Curriculars
Volunteer, National Service Scheme (NSS) Aug 2016 - Apr 2017
• As a volunteer of Model Village cell, made several visits to the nearby villages to teach underprivileged students of
primary Government school. Motivated parents to send their wards to school.
• Actively participated in organizing events such as Blood Donation camp, Tree Plantation drive. Conducted surveys in
nearby villages regarding self employment and was awarded A grade.
Head of Suspension Department, Team Knox Sept 2017 - present
