Film is out of the control of historians that creates a historical world

with which the written word cannot complete.The objectivities of the study are:
(1) to describe the verbal representation of female in Snow White and The
Huntsman movie ; (2) to describe the visual representation of female in Snow
White and The Huntsman movie; (3) to describe charactersitics in Snow White
And The Hunstman.

This research used the descriptive qualitative research approach. The source
of data in this research is Snow White And The Hunstman movie. The document
is the technique of collecting data. Then technique analysis data uses Fairclough’s
theorie for CDA and Chandler’s theorie for MDA.

The results of the research are: (1) the verbal representation of female are is
every woman to became a person that can struggle to fight every problem in the
world; (2) the visual element of this movie has four of linearity among scenes; (3)
the character is about the appearance and personality.

The researcher suggests readers can use the findings as a reference.

Furthermore, the future researcher can use as a reference for future researcher still
dealing with the topic. He or she can apply different theories or different movie.
