FINAL GRADE = 50% Midterm Grade + 50% Partial Final Grade

V. QUIZZES & EXAMS:


 All quizzes from prelim to final will be a problem solving type of quiz with a little
of identification type of quiz.
 Prelim and Semi Final Exams is not multiple choice type of exam
 Midterm and Final exam will be preboard type of examination. A maximum of 50
item exam.

VI. ATTENDANCE:
 Attendance sheet is provided for daily attendance record.
 If absent, provide a medical certificate or a VALID PROOF in order to take a special
exam.
 Once the papers are checked and returned, the absent student is not allowed to
take the special exam. Even though he or she provides the said requirements.
 NEVER EXPECT TO GIVE YOU THE SAME PROBLEM SET.
 Here is a list of acceptable excuses that you can use for being absent from
school:
