Ergonomics studies the problems of job creation, highlighting the psychosocial factor, putting the worker at
the forefront with the complexity of workplace demands in the production process.

"Workplace" means the area or space in which the worker or a team of workers work with the tools of work
on the objects of work for their extraction or transformation according to the intended purpose.

In this individual I will talk about my post-job in a company selling product,in especial seales manager.
1. Sanitary and hygienic
Issues of safety and comfort of use are among the main objectives of ergonomic design hygienic and
sanitary spaces, rooms and facilities. Their proper ergonomic quality plays a key role in shaping the
conditions affecting the health and safety of employeers.
-The air purity:
The quality of air is always good because evry day buyers always come in in this way wen the door is opend
come a fresh air . Even if the room is closed and there are no windows, there is the air ventilation system that
makes the air in the room to be fresh

- Microclimate of the workplace

The temperature of on the office reprezent 22 C-23 C
-on the winter period, the temperature is produced by a conditioner whith warm air and it s manteined for all
the period of day work.
-during the other s season the temperature of the office represent 16 C-18C
This difference of temperature between the season is cause by that the office is amplasate on the deposit ,the
deposit was builded on SOVIETIC period end is missing heating, and unique mood to increase the
temperature is whitha conditioner.

The humidity if it is too high this will cause discomfort (excessive perspiration, exacerbation of the effects of
high temperature, feelings of 'closeness', ) and if it's too low it can cause respiratory problems. Optimum
humidity levels are between 40% and 60% - but in any case they should be kept between 30% and 70%.
Humidity levels below 40% will begin to cause problems for workers with conditions such as sinusitis.

-Lighting:
Light has different functions that have to be taken into consideration for comprehensive assessment of a
lighting concept in a room. Illumination does not only support the visual perception and therefore the
information brokerage, but it is also signified by psychic-emotional and psychic-biological effects.

In my office every post job hav a 4 leds thath illuminate evry desk an the quality of illumination is good for
work.
-the leds have the follow carachteristics:
-220v
-L 18w
-class A
-BASIC COOL DAYLIGHT
-Vibration and noise
In offices, irritating noise can come from all kinds of sources: air conditioning, obnoxious ringtones, traffic,
nearby construction, unsophisticated sound-masking systems and—especially—from other people’s voices.
In my post work the circulation of cars is high in this way the are more vibrations, in plus of this there are
continius talking between clients and employeer .
I used a application to calculate the vibration on my work space an I se that thre are constantly between
43-48 decibels
2. Psychophysiological group
The usage of psychophysiological methods provides additional information to behavioral data and subjective
ratings of cognitive and emotional experience. In particular, physiological measures are objective indications
of physiological responses associated with arousal-related aspects of behavior as well as mental processes.

-Working posture
Recommended Working Postures describe body positions that are neutral and comfortable to use. Using
postures other than those recommended will generally waste energy and motion as well as potentially raise
the risk of injury. It's also important to change position frequently and stretch between tasks. This improves
circulation and lessens fatigue.â
The seat height so your feet are flat on the floor and your knees equal to, or slightly lower than, your hips.
The back of the chair to a 100°-110° reclined angle.
I have an active back mechanism on my chair, use it to make frequent position changes.

-Monotonous of work
My work is not monotonous beuse everyday a see a lot of clients an my work consist in different thing in a
way a don t make the same everyday ,evry day is something new , in this way my work can t be monotonous.
Another thing is that I m not the only one in the office there are another employee that you can talk in mode
that wor work day pass more quickly.

3. Socio-psychological group

-Psychological climate
People work most productively when they are in a comfortable psychological climate. The psychological
climate of your office either can have a positive or negative impact on workplace productivity and comfort.
I the office work only people with good mood,in a way to not be a deprimant climate.
Thre are moments when thing are not so good but, when we pass them the climate o office is again good.
All the employer include the Cheifs are people whit amusing spirit, and the psychological climate can t be
depressing and monotone

-Discipline of work
Discipline in the workplace is the means by which supervisory personnel correct behavioural deficiencies
and ensure adherence to established company rules. The purpose of discipline is correct behaviour. It is not
designed to punish or embarrass an employee.
Often, a positive approach may solve the problem without having to discipline. However, if unacceptable
behaviour is a persistent problem or if the employee is involved in a misconduct that cannot be tolerated,
management may use discipline to correct the behaviour. In general, discipline should be restricted to the
issuing of letters of warning, letters of suspensions, or actual termination. Employers should refrain from
“disciplining” employees by such methods as altering work schedules, assigning an employee to do
unpleasant work, or denying vacation requests.
Examples of misconduct which could result in discipline:
-Excessive tardiness
-Failure to notify of an absence
-Insubordination
-Rude or abusive language in the workplace
-Failure to follow “Departmental Rules or Policies “, i.e., not wearing safety equipment, not following
correct cash handling procedures
-Dishonesty
-Theft
In my office the discipline is good because all employee com at time at work ,are honesty person, end if they
will be absent the announce the Chief.

4. The aesthetic group

- Designing a workplace in space:

a)
-my post office is in front of the door between table and dor the it is 7 metres
-in my office I don t have windows the only light is provide by artificial light
b)
-The shape of the table rectangle whith the size of 1metresX1,20 metres
-The material of the table Chipsboard
-The color of the table Grey
-The color working zone is yellow
c)
Chair:
-60 cm height
-47 cm width
-My chair is made of leather
-Have armrest backrest
-Have a mechanism to adjust tu height

-Functional music
At work every employee can listen music, but the most used is the radio ,there is a rodio with 2 boxes tat all
day sin songs , news ,and different activity that is on radio.

-The dress code or special clothes

The dress code at my office exist ,in a way to be all distinguish, only depositer have his uniform in way to
distinguish the function of administrative and simply employee.
Conclusions and suggestions for improving the workplace
CONCLUSION

"Workplace" means the area or space in which the worker or a team of workers work with the tools of work
on the objects of work for their extraction or transformation according to the intended purpose.
Ergonomics shows your company’s commitment to safety and health as a core value. The cumulative effect
of the previous four benefits of ergonomics is a stronger safety culture for your company. Healthy employees
are your most valuable asset; creating and fostering the safety & health culture at your company will lead to
better human performance for your organization.
The best ergonomic solutions will often improve productivity. By designing a job to allow for good posture,
less exertion, fewer motions and better heights and reaches, the workstation becomes more efficient.
By making improvements to the work process, you are removing barriers to maximum safe work
performance. You are providing your workers with a job that is within their body’s capabilities and
limitations.
